Account and trainer information
We process your email address, account identifier, authentication/session records and trainer profile to provide account access and raid coordination. Your profile includes trainer name, trainer code, level, team, avatar choices, verification status and account preferences. Supabase provides authentication and our backend. If you choose Google Sign-In, Google authenticates you and supplies an identity token used to create your app session. Signup email checks may use ZeroBounce to detect invalid email addresses and reduce abuse.
Trainer details needed for raids are visible to the trainers with whom you coordinate. Hosted/joined raids, readiness, cancellations, reports, feedback and moderation records are processed to operate the service and prevent abuse.
Verification screenshots are processed on your device using text recognition. The verification flow sends extracted trainer information, not the screenshot, to our backend.
Location
Foreground location permission is optional. If you grant it, the app can obtain latitude and longitude, including precise coordinates when your device permits this, and reverse-geocode them to country, region and city. Host/boss-selection flows send coordinates and timezone/location context to backend functions that check raid availability and eligibility. Without permission, some location-dependent results may be unavailable.
Coarse country/region/city information and update timestamps may be stored with your profile. With existing location permission, the app also resolves a country code for operational activity reporting. Location access does not require background-location permission.
Our current backend uses precise coordinates to check raid eligibility and writes no exact coordinates into the raid record when creating a raid. The device location service may process coordinates to return a country, region or city. We do not promise that all infrastructure processing is memory-only or immediately erased. Service logs and backups have their own retention behavior. In version 1.0.7, Appodeal and BidMachine may also collect and share approximate or precise device location for advertising when you have granted the corresponding foreground location permission. You may deny or revoke this permission in Android settings. Advertising partners may infer approximate location from IP addresses even without location permission. Older versions using AdMob do not intentionally pass precise coordinates in the app ad-request code.
Advertising and privacy choices
The advertising SDKs in version 1.0.7 include Appodeal, BidMachine, Bidon, AppLovin, Mintegral, Unity Ads, Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), Meta Audience Network and Pangle; Sentry supports SDK crash reporting. Appodeal collects ad interactions, advertising and other identifiers, technical device/network information, diagnostics and other app performance data for advertising and analytics. Mediated advertising SDKs may also process these data for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention; practices vary by provider. Data may be shared with advertising and measurement partners. Permissions and consent choices affect collection; declining personalized ads does not necessarily stop all technical data collection. The app does not directly pass its account user ID or purchase events to Appodeal. This does not exclude collection by other bundled SDKs: Unity Ads documents collection and sharing of personal identifiers for app functionality and purchase history for advertising and analytics. Google Play and RevenueCat process purchases as described below.
Version 1.0.7 uses Appodeal mediation for banner ads and optional rewarded ads for temporary feature access. Rewarded ads do not grant Premium or lifetime Remove Ads. Ad-free access hides banner placements. No interstitial or app-open format is implemented. Older installed versions may use Google AdMob for rewarded ads with banners disabled.
In older installed versions using AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK processes IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, advertising/app-set or other device identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Google and its advertising partners process this information under their policies. Non-personalized ads can still involve identifiers, storage and measurement.
Version 1.0.7 uses Appodeal Stack Consent Manager during SDK initialization to obtain privacy choices where required. Older installed versions using AdMob use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where required, Settings provides Ad privacy choices to reopen the privacy form. Availability depends on your region and the consent platform's requirements. Device settings also let you manage advertising identifiers. Declining optional rewarded ads does not delete your account or prevent ordinary raid coordination.
Purchases
Monthly Premium (monthly_premium) and the separate Remove Ads purchase (remove_ads) are available through Google Play Billing. RevenueCat processes account/customer identifiers, purchase history, subscription status and entitlements for validation, restoration and purchase analytics. Our backend receives billing events to keep access current. We do not receive full payment-card details. Subscriptions and refunds are managed through Google Play. Deleting an app account does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription.
Notifications and operational data
If you enable notifications, Expo and Google/Firebase notification services process push tokens, device/installation identifiers, platform information and delivery data. Our backend stores registration and preference information and sends raid/service notifications. You can disable notifications in Settings or Android's notification settings.
We process app/build version, operating system, device model, session identifiers, screen/activity events and error summaries for reliability, analytics, support and abuse prevention. Activity reporting is linked to your app account. Advertising SDK diagnostics are separate from our operational reporting.
Providers and disclosures
Advertising provider information: Appodeal, BidMachine, Bidon, AppLovin, Mintegral, Unity, Liftoff, Meta, Pangle and Sentry.
Providers include Supabase (https://supabase.com/privacy), Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, Google/Firebase services and, in older installed versions, AdMob (https://policies.google.com/privacy), RevenueCat (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy), Expo (https://expo.dev/privacy), and signup email-validation provider ZeroBounce (https://www.zerobounce.net/privacy-policy.html).
We use providers to operate the app, authenticate users, deliver notifications, validate purchases, serve ads and protect the service. We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and account deletion
Account/profile information is retained while your account is active. Raid, moderation, operational and support records may be retained for service operation, safety and troubleshooting. Billing records may be retained by Google Play and RevenueCat under their own policies and legal obligations. Backups and service logs are not necessarily erased immediately when you delete an account.
You can request account deletion in Settings > Delete Account and complete the confirmation. You can also email peacefulsoil4k@gmail.com from your account email with the subject "Account Deletion Request - Let's Go Raid"; include your trainer name so we can verify ownership. You do not need to reinstall the app to send this request.
Account deletion removes the authentication account and profile and anonymizes associated raid/member display information. Some anonymized raid, moderation and billing records can remain. Verification screenshots are not held by our backend. Deleting your account does not erase records independently held by Google, RevenueCat or other providers, or cancel a subscription.
There is currently no established separate process for deleting selected app data while keeping the account. You can contact support about access, correction or other privacy concerns; this does not promise selective deletion of every record.
Children, security and contact
The app is not directed to children under 13 or below the applicable minimum age in their region. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information improperly. We use HTTPS for app/backend communication, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Contact peacefulsoil4k@gmail.com to make a request.
We will update this policy when our practices change. Let's Go Raid is independent of Niantic, Nintendo and The Pokémon Company.
Account Deletion
Use Settings → Delete Account and complete the confirmation. If you cannot use the app, email peacefulsoil4k@gmail.com from your account email, with subject Account Deletion Request - Let's Go Raid. Include your trainer name. We verify ownership before processing.
The authentication account and profile are deleted; associated raid/member display information is anonymized. Some anonymized raid, moderation and billing records, service logs and backups may remain. Provider-held records follow provider policies. Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
There is currently no established separate process for deleting selected app data while keeping the account. Contact support for privacy concerns or account deletion.
